Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Unike our heart our lymphatic system does not have a pump to assist circulation therefore at times our lymphatic system becomes sluggish. A lymphatic drainage massage assists the lymph to move more freely around the body assisting the lymph nodes to clean and eliminate waste and toxins from our body. Other benefits are the removal of excess fluid, e.g. swollen ankles, pregnancy oedema, assisting headache and sinus discomfort, preparing the body for surgery as well as post-surgery discomfort and bruising. This specialized massage is extremely light. For a full body manual lymphatic drainage treatment please allow approximately 1and a half hours.

Myopractic/Bowen Therapy
